I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service was really good, with any problems being rectified immediately. The hotel is located in a safe area and is very close to the main attractions of the city. The rooms and decor are of a very high standard. The staff were super attentive and helpful, making my stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of food. The hotel also has a nice lounge where you can relax and have a drink. The cleanliness of the hotel was also great.

This hotel has an amazing location near to public transportation and staff who provide great coffee and friendly service. the exclusive amenities of the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and massage made my stay feel luxurious. the rooms had many advantages such as private facilities and exclusive room design. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food to choose from. Cons: the bar/lounge area was small and lacked enough seating space.

the staff were accommodating and always ready to assist. the room was perfect , spacious, clean, and had exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness center was heavenly. the massage and steam room sessions were the highlight of my trip. the restaurant was top, notch, and the buffet breakfast was an excellent start to my day. its location was perfect , close to several attractions in Budapest.

The hotel's fantastic location next to the parliament makes it a great choice for tourists. It is a safe area and just a short walk away from the Danube River. The spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay, and the outstanding service from the staff, such as Adrian at the front desk, ensures a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet is of high quality with a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and cappuccinos. The hotel also offers a nice lounge for guests to relax and enjoy a drink.
There were some inconsistencies with housekeeping during the stay, as one reviewer mentioned their bed not being made for two out of four nights.
